My son has enjoyed training here and has learned so much about himself and karate since he started. It has been a very positive experience for us, and we are seeing him grow in confidence.

We have been working with Mr. Smola for just about a year and I could not be more pleased with the outcome of our daughter’s training. We initially started classes hoping to increase self-esteem and work through some social anxiety issues caused due to the pandemic with a bonus of learning self-defense. The staff listened to our concerns and goals for our daughter and have gone above and beyond to reach them.
